Falana Coleman-Zamora
AM, LCSW
Clinical Supervisor, CPP Trainer
Falana Coleman-Zamora, AM, LCSW, leads a team of clinical supervisors and clinicians providing therapy to families involved in the child welfare system. Ms. Coleman-Zamora has over 20 years of experience providing mental health services for young children and families working as a clinician, supervisor, trainer, and consultant in trauma informed and parent education therapeutic programs. Falana is an endorsed CPP trainer and former faculty of the Erikson IL CPP LC. She is also a Nurturing Parent Program Trainer and Consultant.

Beth Pettinelli

Therapist, Supervisor, CPP Trainer
Beth Pettineli, MSW, LCSW, I/ECMH-C is a child and family therapist at private practice Wellsprings Health Associates supporting individuals and families across the life span. With 30 years experience, her practice interests are parenting, family therapy, trauma, grief, divorce, and professional development. She enjoys providing professionals in community early childhood and mental health settings with supervision and consultation.

Tina Dorow,

Therapist, Consultant, CPP Trainer
Tina Dorow MSW, MS, LCSW I/ECMH-C, is an early childhood mental health therapist and consultant with 34 years of experience. She provides direct services to families related to issues of trauma and loss, parenting, and early childhood social/emotional challenges. Ms. Dorow provides training and consultation regarding reflective practice, trauma informed practice, child welfare, and early childhood mental health. Ms. Dorow is an endorsed CPP trainer and former faculty of the Erikson IL CPP LC 2008-2022.
